Materialistic Love

There are many people out there who think that giving or receiving gifts, or lavish presents to each other is called “Love”. But they don’t realize that love itself is a gift.

We don’t need those expensive items to remind us of how much love we could receive in this life from that one special person we love.

But nowadays, people expect gifts from their loved ones, and if one of them fails to gift them, the other person starts thinking that “Oh! He/She doesn’t love me anymore!”

Well! We should not forget that gifts or presents are just a token of love that both the partners share with each other. The main fact is that no one should force or pressurize anyone to give presents.

Unlike gifts or presents, we should learn to earn trust, time, loyalty, care, etc. in love, because we cannot buy them, we just earn them.
